  Sentimental item went missing from room

  one of my items went missing from my room during the day while we were out and then the night staff (who were working when we got back to the hotel) took no accountability, were incredibly rude and implied my mum and I liars. I will say that the morning staff was lovely and did seem genuinely apologetic as did the front desk manager and general manager and they seemed like they wanted to help. They have ended up offering to pay to replace it which is very nice however the sentimental item is still missing and the overall experience has been very stressful and all could’ve been handled much better if the initial interaction was dealt with properly.

  Excellent location, clean and comfortable

  My three person family stated this hotel multiple times and have loved it. Phenomenal location in the heart of Downtown near Saint Catherine Street and the Bell centre. Great service from the staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Many rooms also have a kitchen and large. We have enjoyed breakfast at the hotel as well as the gym and pool. Underground parking is absolutely a must for us and there’s plenty of spaces.   Stuck elevator

  Awful experience. Got stuck in the Elevator, emergency phone didn't work and Front Desk wasnt answering the phone. It was a very distressing experience. When we asked for a refund, as we just got there, they refused and said just take the stairs. Not happening. After some back and forth they eventually gave us a refund.   Very disappoointing

  This hotel was very disappointing in many ways. The actual room we were given was nothing like the pictures on the website. The furniture was worn and dated. The unit was dusty with cobwebs in the corners. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a barn door that kept falling off the tracks. Beware that the hotel seems to be made up of two separate towers - one mixed with residential condos. They stuck us in that condo tower without telling us. The hallway leading to our room had a strong garbage odour and was very dimly lit. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional $24 per person. Even basic breakfast fare seemed to be a challenge - some items were cold, home fries undercooked and the cream curdled in our coffees. At nearly $450 per night, this place is not worth your hard earned money.   A Nice and Pleasant Stay!

  I stayed here due to travelling to see my son off for his year of study at McGill ...the hotel is aesthetically beautiful but there were a few issues with the air conditioning and also with the telephone in my room. But, with all that said, any issues that were raised were addressed immediately by staff. However, there was one rude staff member, from housekeeping, who was asked to return to vacuum my room - it was very dusty and moreso underneath the bed - she made it very clear that she wasn't happy. Her passive aggressive behaviour was a little concerning with the vacuum being pulled and tugged all over the room - she, who shall remain nameless, had grey braids/plaits. That was the only disappointing aspect to this stay.
