    Great nights sleep

    We stayed at this hotel as a layover on our return trip home. We had reservations which made check-in pretty easy and smooth. It was late in the evening after a long flight and we did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant.Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable considering were were next to a very busy airport. It was a fair distance from the elevators and didn't realize just how far. We managed to get a good night sleep before an early morning flight.Check-out was even smoother than check-in.Only negative was the signage to find the hotel needs to be enhanced. Once you arrive from the international arrivals, it was not readily visible.Pricing is reasonable for the location in proximity to all arrival and departure gates.Overall, nice hotel in a great location. We will certainly use again.

    I have been staying here for over ten years and typically ordered room service as this is an airport terminal hotel and I depart very early the next morning. Ordered room service with wine and it was delivered in a paper bag , with a plastic container and plastic cutlery. It was the equivalent of going to Tim Hortons.     Expensive but convenient

    Reading other reviews, it seems “your mileage may vary.” I think we can all agree that this Marriott is extremely convenient if you have a short layover in Montreal, and that the rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. It was definitely expensive compared to beyond terminal locations. If you are a guest, the staff are very friendly and accommodating—even if sometimes they over promise. Our party was also disturbed by the noise of the construction. I wonder if the terminal side rooms are quieter. We would probably stay here again if in a similar situation (short layover), but book earlier (to get the best price) and hope the construction is further along and moved from right under the hotel.

    Convenient overnight stay for early flight out, though expensive

    contemporary room spacious bathroom, friendly staff though Bonvoy gold doesnt get you Lounge access ( unlike other Marriotts ) unless you pay $50 fee. Convenient reception floor restuarant, Bijoux, for a meal, although $40 for a burger fries and drink and tip is expensive. Charming friendly Lounge attendant in the morning and the breakfast buffet array was excellent. Very good hors d'oeurves in the evening, certainly enough to make o meal. Expensive stay but certainly convenient.

    Let's start with the positive, good size room with a comfy bed. But the noise from overnight demolition is awful. Given the very high cost of this hotel you'd expect them to at least warn you in advance, preferably before you actually book! I was woken several times overnight by loud booms that reverberated through the room. Reception said they could move me 'give me 5 mins, I'll call you back' they said, 35 mins later 'sorry, no where to move you to'. On top of that you have to choose between a hot stuffy room or noisy aircon. Oh, and a bathroom light that just seems to switch itself on at will!So, they gave me some points, as if I'm going to use them again. Next time I'll be going downtown as usual.....
