Unfortunately we are very disappointed with our experience with this hotel. We travelled 8 hours and our children were looking forward to get out of the car and jump in their pool but we were told at the time of Check-in that the pool was closed for maintenance and would be for the full time of our stay, which was very unfortunate since we made our reservation based on the fact that the hotel included a pool. We would have appreciated transparency from the hotel staff prior to our check-in as this would have most certainly changed our plans. We ultimately chose to change hotels but we were charged full price from the Quality Inn since we had passed the cancellation deadline. We are very reasonable people and understand these types of policies are put in place for a reason, however this is a result of a lack of communication from the hotel, which I see are still advertising their hotel as having a pool. We have attempted to contact hotel management multiple times since our weekend in Sherbrooke, only to be told that the message has been delivered to the manager but we have yet to hear back from them or get any type of answers from the hotel about a refund. (full or partial)If this hotel is your only option, I would call ahead to confirm you are getting what is advertised on the hotel listing prior to the cancellation deadline. Make sure you're getting exactly what you are paying for.

Certificate of excellence for outstanding service and hospitality. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was spectacular and nice. Delicious breakfast was served. Will be back later this year. Keep the good service going.

The hotel is beautiful, the service impeccable and the staff very professional. I want to thank the general manager, Mr Akshay who was always there to help, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very spacious and beds relatively comfortable and there was ample working space in the room. The staff I encountered were friendly and very professional. The staff did an amazing job. Moreover the hotel is well located. Would return with no hesitation.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delightful. The hotel was very clean. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.
