    Do NOT recomend this hotel! Not appropriate for groups, the lobby is so small that the keys have to be distributed outside. We arrived all at the same time and only one elevator, that was needed because we had suitcases. When I arrived to my room thought that an airplane was taking off from there!! "Someone left the window open!" No! The Windows can not hold the noise! Need to load my iPad, mobile phone and camera batery, but only one plug was working, in the bathroom.Internet in the room is very slow. During the night had to turn off the fridge because was too noisy. At the end the toilette did not run anymore! All bad!Hotel needs remodelation urgently!

    Older hotel located beside the highway in Dorval right beside the airport. Rooms are old and would need a refresh. Mattress was not that comfortable. Good shuttle service. You get what you pay for I guess.

    The hotel is in a great location, cozy rooms, and the shuttle bus driver was on point. The customer service was what killed the positive vibe. The woman at reception on April 5th at 0045 actually thought it was appropriate to hang up on me when she lost her patience because I asked what time the shuttle would be arriving. This is the caliber of people that are on the front lines of our customer service industry. Why would you be rude and unhelpful to someone you will have to see at check-in? The only thing that I can think of is that some people like to feel superior to others and thrive on being confrontational. And the worst part is that I paid for this…..I get it, people suck…..the solution is don’t work in customer service, work in a garden. I’m sure plants don’t care if they get hung up on!

    Our family stayed one night and left our car parked here while we went on a trip. We booked this hotel because it had availability and was close to the airport. Since we were barely going to be there, we didn’t do enough research, which we quickly regretted.The hotel was extremely run-down, and our room was not only gross but also felt unsafe. There was a door from the hallway that barely closed, as well as an exterior door where you could literally see outside along the edges, and it was poorly aligned in the frame. The room also had an adjoining door to another room, and the lock on it was more than questionable.If it weren’t for the fact that we had to leave at 2 a.m. and had just driven through an ice storm to get there, we would have left immediately and found somewhere else to stay.On top of that, there were old takeout containers with food still in them squished between the windows. There were more issues, but honestly, I think this says enough.Beware and don’t book here if you’re looking for somewhere clean, decent, and safe.
