Location

This hotel is about 15 minutes drive from Montréal. Countless shops can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, while it is about 10 minutes to the nearest links to the public transport network. 26 suites, 82 single rooms and 147 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground.     Marketed as a Radisson, but was told by front desk it’s now a Choice hotel. Good rooms and beds, an indoor pool, free parking and a place to eat. Good priced, but there’s a reason why. ”Refurbishment” ongoing, so will hopefully improve. Really run down, stained carpets, need of repair everywhere. The eating place is a joke, that’s why I don’t call it a restaurant. But nothing else even remotely close, so I guess that’s why they have guests. Breakfast buffet was expensive, had poor selection and food tasted poor.

    I am very disapointed in this hotel.Room service took items from the frige while i was gone and my bag was serched lucky only the stuff from the feige was tooken i went to go tell the front desk and they "said" that they will email to check and did nothing

    The hotel itself is clearly under renovation and clearly in need of repair/management. It has potential to be good, but right now, I wouldn't say it's there yet. I've never written a review on TA in my life, and only reason I'm writing one for this hotel is to highlight the assistance of one employee, Dennis, who helped jump my car after the battery died. He was helpful, patient, and kind through the whole process. The serving staff at the restaurant were kind, too (although the food was cold, of poor quality, and in no way worth $20.00 pp). Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, but I would recommend meeting Dennis.

    Was a short trip to Montreal ,We decided to try this hotel out since I have stayed in many Radisson Hotels ,Has not Failed me a bit, The breakfast was delicious ,The check and check out was smooth ,thanks for the good service ,we shall comeback.

    We booked this hotel because we had an overnight in Montreal coming back from Dominican heading home to Newfoundland. Had a very late check in and hotel staff were more than accommodating with this. We were greeted with a smile and super friendly staff. The room was super clean and very nice looking. Well worth every cent and will book this hotel anytime we go to Montreal!
