    My family and I, recent stay at the Residence Inn Montréal Downtown was highly disappointing. After a 10-hour drive, we arrived with our three children, hoping for a comfortable rest. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms multiple times due to severe cleanliness issues.The first room was dusty and clearly not prepared for new guests. When we requested a change, the second room was too small for our family. Finally, we were placed in room 805, which was also unacceptable; there was leftover food on the counter and used soap and towels left in the bathroom. We were simply too exhausted to keep changing rooms, so we had to endure an unsanitary environment.As loyal Marriott guests, we expected much higher standards. It was disheartening to see the hotel fail in basic hygiene, especially when traveling with young children.     Great hotel - would definitely stay here again!

    Rooms were spacious and clean with a kitchenette which was great. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and the staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - walking distance to McGill, shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old Montreal (also walkable if you are up for a 30~ minute walk).

    We had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk agents were helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We always enjoy the convenience of the refrigerator, microwave, and the free breakfast. We mainly chose this hotel because of its location. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance, the metro stop was right at the corner, and the Centre Bell was a 15 minute walk. We would stay here again.

    We had a great stay in this Residence Inn. We had a good-sized room that had all the amenities we needed. The reason we stayed here was to have some ability to make meals at our place but also be walking distance to the downtown area, which this was easily just that. There was parking nearby and the staff was very friendly. The pool was small, but it wasn't heavily trafficked, so it made it seem like a private pool. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to be in the downtown area.

    Just dropby lil while here but I am very impressed with hospitality and kindness of Felix at restaurant level M until I can't resist but to share gratitude here how amazing Felix and staffs here are. Fantastics and thank you very much :)
