Facility

13 junior suites, 87 single rooms and 98 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 4 lifts. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them.     Still Nice - But Not Like Its Former Glory

    I've been coming to the Ruby Foos for many years. I remember the Ruby Foos when it was in its glory days, but those days seem to have passed. It used to be special - now it's more generic. Nevertheless, the mattress in my room was still terrific and the bed linens were still very comfortable. The shower was still great, with plenty of water pressure and a wide spray. The in-room heating was reliable and quiet. The windows are still soundproof - you don't hear any of the busy traffic outside. And the staff behind the front desk are still very friendly and helpful. But there are a lot fewer of them. My room was clean enough, but I saw more stains and holes in the wall than in the past, and the furniture has more scuff marks. My room phone didn't work. Initially I was given a dreadful room, which was changed. I'll still come back, because the Ruby Foos is fundamentally a good place to stay. I just hope it can be returned to it's former self. If you're coming, be sure to ask for a room in the Tower, even if you have to pay more for it. The other part of the building is not so nice anymore.     DON'T DO IT!

    Just don't, outdated, dirty till you wonder why the cleaners have a job. There's random hair and crumbs everywhere. After a 6 hour drive, I was just too tired to complain or ask for a room change for fear of getting something worst.     Poor service and bad maintained rooms

    We booked Standard Room, Kitchenette,1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed for 2 kids and 2 adults. But they gave us a room with 1 wueen bed. After my claim they gave us a new room with 2 queen beds no kitchenette. Room smells of damp Front Desk Agent, Other at Ruby Foo's, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback.     Not much to say. It's a simple room. We did not hear any noise from the other rooms.We did find the room a little dated. The rooms could use a little TLC. We totally enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room. It wasn't working all that well, but that's okay. I did enjoy the coffee when the machine did work. Simple as that. FYI, they now have a Ben and Florentine in the building for breakfast. I missed out.     It’s all right. Not great. Not bad. Great places to eat nearby.Nice pool.I left my jeans in the closet. I wrote to them the next day. They advised that it wasn’t found.I left them there for sure.
