    Convenient Stay.

    This hotel has the basics for a spa. You got your outdoor pools and a an indoor swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you are close to zoo Gramby and to many parks. Cyclist will love coming here since it gives access to bike lanes. The food is really good, but comes at a high price. The only issue I have is the furniture that has a large TV. When you have a small TV furniture and cant close the door because the TV is too big, I think is time to change the furniture. Secondly, the safe is strange because the instructions stated swipe your credit card to use. That is really unusual. There's also a fitness area with only basic equipment. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. There's plenty to see and don't forget to try the local restaurant on rue Principal.

    We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff were super to us and our team. The pool and hot tub/saunas were great as well. It was a 2 day stay but we enjoyed it. The room was small for 3 people but we were hardly in it anyway. The bathroom was spacious. Thank you for a great few days!

    It’s needs maintenance!Rooms clean enough very dated and old. Bed comfy but creaks and cracks with no end The coffee situation… they told us there’s nespresso. Yes there’s one they only have decaffeinated pods !!! Went to desk to get regular nope only decaf Spa was warm however there’s ice on the surfaces and heated pads on floor not only not working but ice accumulation very dangerous. One hot tub no jets. The switch frozen with ice. Restaurant piccolo this is their only saving grace. Food was very delicious. Would I stay again? No ! I’d go back for the resto though.

    Quirky but not bad.

    This is an interesting hotel - from the outside it looks like a French chateau, and it's somewhat quirky. First the good - the location is great, right on a paved bike path and overlooking lac Boivin. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the somewhat small pool was very clean and heated. There were several hot tubs out on the deck as well as an outside pool. There were 2 saunas. The staff was congenial and bi lingual. The negatives and quirky - even though the rooms and hotel in general were clean, there were lots of minor things that needed some attention - the windows needed cleaning, some fixtures and doors needed tinkering. The breakfast was ok but was $13 cdn - not really worth it. AND if you wanted orange juice it was an additional $5.00! The furniture was over the top ornate, not everyone's taste. If you want a hotel in Granby with an indoor pool this is your only choice.
