    Busy weekend at the hotel.

    Great stay in Ste. Agathe. The Hotel was very busy the last weekend that we stayed. Hotel was clean and the breakfast hit the spot. Kim had called on day of arrival to confirm we were coming and took the time to let us know about Oktoberfest in the neighbouring town. We went to the festival and had a great time. Lea at the desk was helpful at check in when we arrived late, lending my son her personal phone charger as he forgot his. I have stayed here before and it is comfortable beds. Just be aware that they do not have daily housekeeping service and if this is something that you require, this is not the place for you. It is an economy hotel but all the basic needs are met. All was working well in our room and overall good value. The breakfast crew was busy when we were there and she was very lovely and helpful, keeping the tables clear for quick turnaround.

    We had a logistical problem with our plans (nothing to do with the hotel). The kind staff made an accommodation for us that rescued the rest of our vacation plans. Thank you!The rest of our stay was uneventful - everything was exactly like every other Super 8/Wyndham hotel - a clean, comfortable room, a pool with a water slide, a minimal breakfast. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're doing a bicycle tour in the area.

    Our son loved the pool and the breakfast, however, the room we stayed in would not have passed the most basic provincial health and safety inspection. The curtain rod was not fully attached to the wall on one side, the toilet was dirty, the carpet was filthy (there was dried soup (?) and bits of wrapping), and there was an ant colony in the corner of the bathroom. The bathtub didn’t drain and we could hear every word spoken by the people in the next room—although these points take a backseat to the issues of basic maintenance and cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and polite but informed us that there was nothing they could do. They told us that the manager was off and there were no cleaning staff and no maintenance staff on site. They said that, unfortunately, it was their last room and there were no cleaning products that they had access to. Our only choice they said would be to email the manager. Our room cost almost $200 Canadian.

    Last review was 2011, and i came here pretty much every year since to visit my sister. Pretty much carbon copy of locations in St Jerome and Terrebonne, same pool and slide, cookie cuter rooms, always clean. Last stay, i was on first floor with a very small window and view of parking. As usual, minimalist breakfast. Close to cycling path and ski areas. Not bad.

    Good lacation, close to many amenities and only half an hour from Mont Trembkant. Recommended, friendly staff, ok breakfast, and good accommodations. Pool is good for kids, Parking is bit of an issue for person with mobility problem.
