    We have stayed at this hotel 3 times within the last year. And have stayed here all 3 times . The admin staff arranging for us are very responsive . The cleaning staff is excellent The rooms are all clean and updated . My Wife has mobility issues and other han the front entrance having a small step we found everything fairly accommodating. This last room we stayed in the bathroom door is wide enough for a wheel chair. I can't say enough good things about it. The location has everything a person needs with in a block or 2 . Groceries,Pharmacy, Metro, restaurants.

    We were there for two nights. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen. The staff was really friendly, a man helped us park our car in the garage.The hotel is near the saint joseph‘s oratory but a 10-15 minutes drive from downtown Montreal. There are also nice restaurants nearby.

    Dodgy booking practice - beware

    My wife and I booked the hotel as the last leg of our around the world trip. We booked the hotel 8th June 2025 for our stay in May 2026. We've just been notified that our booking has been cancelled without any prior notice. The reason given is that the hotel is fully booked, although it is still available today on numerous sites. I emailed the hotel but had no reply. I have tried to book other hotels for this period and noticed the prices have tripled in price due to the F1 weekend. Basically, the hotel decided not to honour the price we had booked, cancelling our booking and reselling at an inflated price. Please be aware of the unscrupulous practice of this hotel when booking. We are now left searching for accommodation to fit in with our flights. This was not initiated by us, and we’ve already reported it to their team for correction which was not even properly corrected for some dates. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future.

    The staff there are crooks. They cancelled my reservation behind my back and kept the money $189! The travel website said a refund is coming but I haven't received it. This hotel has tipped off other guests. Read the travel websites reviews!! Legal action is pending.Their maintenance worker sexually harasses women. He sexually harassed me many times in the hotel and stalked me there too. I told the staff there but nothing was done because he kept doing it. Legal action is pending.The staff are rude and hostile. Inhumane. Only out for as much money as they can get their greedy hands on. Another tactic they use is giving me a hotel room they knew wouldn't be satisfactory. Then if I change rooms they ask for more money. Even if you've been there many times they don't care. I only went there for convenience. Avoid this one. Not worth your time and money. They treat guests like dogs. And they boast that they're known for their outstanding hospitality. They lie.Their maids spray the room with strong industrial spray and use strong smelling cleaner. It smells awful.     We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very clean and spacious. After a day of walking around Montreal it was so nice to return to smiling faces and a comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay here again.
