Location

This hotel is located in the city centre of Montréal, only one street from Parc Maisonneuve and near restaurants. The city centre of Montréal can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, as can the main railway station. The nearest bus stop is about 350 m away, while it is some 700 m to an underground station. Guests can also reach the botanic garden, the insectarium, the biodome, and the Place Versailles shopping centre in around 10 minutes by car.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 229 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. While the adults swim a few laps in the indoor pool, children can splash around in the kids' pools. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

    THIS HOTEL LACKS BASIC MAINTENANCE! It has things malfunctioning, breaking and god knows what else all over in all rooms!OFFERS NO BREAKFAST (included)UNTRAINED/UNCARING STAFF! There has been an instance of a housekeeping lady just BARGING INTO THE ROOM using her master key WITHOUT KNOCKING! This was AFTER the room had been serviced! It was an absolute INVASION of privacy!BAD LOCATION! There is absolutely nothing of any use to a tourist near this hotel. Just about any place a tourist needs to visit is SO FAR from this hotel and you HAVE TO take a cab and spend atleast 20 mins (No traffic) and 30+ mins(traffic) in a cab!ROOMS ARE IN A MISERABLE CONDITION AND NEED IMMEDIATE RENOVATION! The hotel rooms of this hotel are more outdated than a hotel room of the 90s!I have been HARASSED by this hotel!AC of room 1 (737) BROKE DOWN! Had to change room at 4am!Room 2 offered in replacement of room 1.The DOOR of room 2 (111) FELL FROM HINGES the next day!

    Excellent staff at this hotel. We are a Provincial Sports Team that stays often at this hotel when we have High Performance Training at the INS. The front staff work diligently at ensuring that requests are met, when available. When our team comes back, they always have great reviews about the staff, hotel, rooms and overall accommodations. Also located in a great area close to Metro. I also am a Travel Agent and will have no problem recommending my clients to stay here.     Sparkling clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Great place to stay to see the parks and attractions in this part of Montreal.     Never again. This hotel is so run down and dirty. I will never choose to stay here again if I don't have to. Upon arrival I found the bathroom in the lobby to be absolutely disgusting. Our room had a busted up door to the outside that looks like it had been kicked in. There were dirt, crumbs and hair all over. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain. The bed was HARD. Like lay on the ground with a sleeping pad kind of hard. There is zero sound proofing. You heard every person in the hallway and every door slam. Second day, the main elevator broke down. Overpriced. Do not stay here.
