  Last 2 Best Western plus hotels I stayed at in last few weeks in Saskatchewan used overwhelming room deodorizers. Made it very uncomfortable to stay. This hotel in Moosejaw was fantastic. No extra room deodorizer, great breakfast & friendly personnel.

  My daughter and I came to Moose Jaw for a Mother's Day get away. We wanted to relax and use the pool. We paid an extra $100 for the pool experience. We had a horrible experience in the pool. There were tons of loud and crazy kids. Some even kicking eachother. There was no dry place to be (i had my hair styled that day). We had to leave - or we would have been kicked.   I’ve stayed here a few times, and while the rooms are decent, the overall experience has been consistently frustrating. Each visit has been very noisy, with kids running through the hallways, people shouting, and what sounded like parties late into the night.On my first stay, the noise went on until nearly midnight, and calling the front desk didn’t help. It’s hard to relax after a long trip when there’s no control over the noise. The pool area was also poorly maintained, with dirt and sand everywhere and no clean towels, making the place feel chaotic.For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and peaceful stay. The only positive was the friendly staff at check-in, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. After multiple disappointing visits, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

  Accessible room used. Bed was too high for our patient lift to transfer husband easily and safely. As well, because bed is on a solid platform, the lift could not slide underneath close enough to make a safe transfer. If no lift is needed, the rest of the room was great, bed very comfy although high, RIS good.   What a fantastic hotel. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had stayed the week before (July 19 & 20) and the manager( sorry forgot his name) was able to fix our reservation so we didn't have to move rooms as we were only able to book different rooms for the 2 nights. It was a little loud during the day as we were on the 1st floor by the pool so everyone had to pass our room & there were several kids there for a tournament but quieted done in the evening. I mentioned the noise to the front desk attendant Dumnoi & and was told by the kids would be leaving the next morning & it would be much quieter and it definitely was. When we arrived the second time( July 27) Dumnoi remembered us & told us they gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor.The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was small but we just took it back to our room.
