Wonderful visit!

We were only passing through for an overnight stay, but wish we had more time! The pool was amazing as well as the steam rooms and plunge pool. We would love to return and experience the saunas as well as indulge in a spa experience! Room was nicely renovated and very clean. The only thing I would recommend would be new pillows. One thicker and one normal. The ones now are overstuffed and lumpy David Wood, General Manager at Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Thank you for sharing. We will take a look at our pillow inventory. Our usual standard is one thick and one smaller; perhaps our inventory has been gradually depleted, leading to what you found on your stay.

You rightly assume that we secure the product in our amenity dispensers so that it cannot be tampered with and our guests are kept safe. We are not quite understanding the nature of your complaint in this regard but we would be happy for you to help us understand.

Temple Gardens Get Away

Hotel pool and hallways were much cleaner this year compared to out stay last year at this same time. Thank you. Only problem was getting stuck on the 4th floor in the elevator and the door not opening. After about 5 mins and pressing the call button about 5 times the elevator slid into place and the door opened. We exited out..quickly.
