Warmly greeted and love the coffee in the lobby

Our family of 4 stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn on a chilly weekend in February. We were seeing friends and needed a place to stay and after researching the hotels in Huntsville I decided on this one. I am so very happy I choose the Best Western Plus. Once I walked in the door everyone was so kind. A nice touch is that you can have coffee, tea or even hot chocolate on demand in the lobby. The kids LOVED being able to use the touch screen and choose what they'd like to drink. Jill was there and was extremely kind and helpful with us and the children. She was also there the next morning for the breakfast with a smile and a helping hand for the waffles. The hotel beds were nice and comfortable and I found the room to be clean. The pool was a good extra for the kids to get some energy out and the later check out of 12pm is just such another nice touch. I highly recommend and will surely be back.

A little disappointing!

Ok positive, breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean. Problem with room we had room 301 (top floor), toilet was plugged, asked for it to be fixed before heading out for the evening. Came back to hotel at 9:30pm. Toilet still clogged despite manager saying it was fixed. Had to move rooms to 1st floor. (Front desk said there was nothing they can do and manager was gone for the night. My question is this, what would they have done if they had no more rooms? As a platinmum member of best western rewards. Expected more...

Staff is amazing! Friendly face greats you upon your arrival. Very accommodating. The rooms was spotless, had coffee, a fridge, big TV, free WIFI. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping.

September 29 2025.We enjoyed our stay but do have a few areas that could be improved, cleanliness, area on wall above bed was not clean, pool liner could use upgrade , breakfast was ok , since cold air was coming from outside our company thought to close the door when an unfriendly staff member reprimanded her and was very rude and stated not touch the door and if she had problem with it she could sit somewhere else! The other staff was professionally and very friendly and it made up for it ! We will for sure use this hotel in the future

Stayed three nights. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Conveniently off the highway. Short walking trail outside hotel. Residential streets nearby. Walk to Walmart, independent grocery, restaurants etc.
