    Glad renovations are soon to begin

    Hotel apparently is going to have a renovation starting in October. It definitely needs it.It is very run down, carpets in hallways are getting frayed. Bathroom sinks unable to stop up for shaving etc.Reception is very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Stayed there a few times before but noticed a decline. Waste bins at entrance over flowed, breakfast warm items were not hot.     What a great hotel. The staff is amazing from front desk Linda to breakfast with Clifton. The sales manager Carly is a wonderful person to have a conversation with. Breakfast is one of a kind. Really clean hotel and the pillows are very comfy.

    Average hotel despite it being a HI. Has aged and needs a redo with more plugs, replace aged furniture. Minor plumbing problem. Breakfast good, parking easy and staff very helpful. TV Wifi good. Preferred Best Western or Hilton which are similar price.     The rooms on the north side of the hotel have constant noise from outside -- big rigs on Highway 11 and traffic on the street below. Seems to be a problem with soundproofing. And the rooms are run down -- broken chairs, light switches that don't work, peeling wallpaper. The housekeeping and the breakfast staff were wonderful but some of the front desk staff and management just didn't seem to care.
