    Although the property is clean, it is in desperate need of updates. The included breakfast was very limited, and when we arrived there many items were empty, including the coffee. It is hard to identify who works here, since the staff wear normal clothing, some even with holes! I would not stay here again.

    Good weekend getaway. Hotel close to many facilities, food and downtown. Clean hotel and very quiet with plenty of parking.

    The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our dog was happy with the room. Towels were soft and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental so no hot dishes. Yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee and tea. Nice clean room

    Very nice, updated, clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Only thing missing was a luggage rack (I guess I should have asked.) Also weird to have hangers in the bathroom to hang clothes. There is lots of room in the room to have a simple rack for hanging clothes. The staff is very good and helpful. The location by the Gravenhurst historic welcome arch, is very handy to food and shopping. A fun feature in the lobby is a large granite rock that the lobby was actually built around.

    Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was basic but suitable for our needs. Free parking. Close to Starbucks and McDonalds which is good with kids. Pretty good value for what I paid for, it’s nothing too fancy but it’s a nice hotel. We would stay here again.
