    Nice hotel with a great location. Plenty of street parking. Room was nice and clean. We had a street view and there was no noise. But if noise is your downfall book a top floor room as you can hear people walking above. Over all great experience.

    The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean and updated! It has the best location in Nelson being right on Baker Street with all of the shops and local restaurants. I will stay every time we visit Nelson.

    My husband is a BW member. Best Westerns are our lodging of choice because of their very generous cancellation policy. We've stayed in multiple Best Westerns, across four states and now one province. The Best Western Baker Street Inn is, by far, our favorite Best Western Inn to date.The entire facility is spotless and in great repair. In terms of location, it's perfect for walking around Nelson on foot. And free parking is included.Vouchers are available for reduced, fixed breakfasts at Marzano, the restaurant adjacent to the Best Western. We took advantage of this for one breakfast, and it was very good.While the facility and amenities are great, what really sets the Baker Street Inn apart from other BWs is the staff. Everyone was so kind, generous and welcoming. Lej, the daytime supervisor, was simply amazing. We couldn't ask for better service.

    Beautiful hotel on the downtown strip was able to walk most of it. We had a jacuzzi tub room that was just lovely, the bed was comfortable, and pillows were very soft. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, however we were on the 4th floor.
