Location

The property is located in the centre of St. Catharines. The family-friendly city hotel is situated near all the area's attractions and businesses, including the Maid of the Mist and the wineries of the region as well as Niagara Falls, which is the main attraction of the area and is about 10 minutes from the hotel. Guests will find shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, with Penn Centre Shopping just a 5-minute drive away, and the beach is around a 3-minute drive away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 141 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Felt more like a motel and not hotel. Room had a terrible odour, tv was blurry and the shower did not have scald protection. Overpriced.

    From start to finish the customer services was outstanding. Extremely accommodating when we called before arrival, friendly and organized at check-in, and highly attentive during our entire stay. My son also mentioned how well the breakfast was run, the great facilities, and very approachable staff members. Thank you for making our weekend a little bit easier with a comfortable home base.

    Staff is great. They have a pool, gym and arcade but the actual building itself is run down and ghetto
