  This Hotel is clean, offers a great breakfast that is included in the price. The employees are friendly and welcoming and ready to help you if needed. Only hotel I could find in Fort Erie and the beds are very comfortable too. The price was good

  Worst Hotel Experience Ever

  Worst Hotel Experience EverI stayed at the Comfort Inn in Fort Erie on Hospitality Dr. It’s one of the worst hotels that I have ever used. On checking in I was asked for my credit card to pre- authorize for incidentals. I asked how much they were going to pre authorize and was told they do not know, it could be up to $400. After the pre authorization was done, they still could not tell me how much was authorized. The final blow came when I went to take a shower only to find out that there was no hot water. After waiting over 2 hours. The problem was not fixed and they had no idea when a plumber would show up.

  A good choice on our way home from Ontario to central Pennsylvania. Check in was easy, lobby area clean and small but inviting. Our room was spacious and immaculate. Comfortable bed, responsive HVAC, sparkling bathroom. Plentiful and high-quality towels, bed linens above average. Good shower temperature and water pressure. Nice complimentary toiletries, in-room coffee and micro-friend always a plus. There is an outside seating area deck with picnic tables and a grill (designated smoking, too). Breakfast covers all the bases: hot and cold cereal, juices, waffles, bagels/toast/muffins, microwave breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit. Coffee and tea always available in lobby. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There are two floors with no elevator, but staircase was easily navigated. As I suggest for any place with carpeting, you might do better without carpet on so heavily-travelled a space as the stairs (it was the only place less than clean). Parking is plentiful and access to property was easy, close to dining and basic shopping. We had a truck and trailer so appreciated being able to drive around the hotel. We would stay here again without hesitation.

  Comfotable beds, clean room and bathroom. Front desk accommodated our extra needs. Food service was very good, kept well stocked. Friendly food service and front desk staff. This hotel was our base for a 4 day stay in the area and we were very satisfied with all elements. Some of our group experienced problems with the TV service which we did not use. Overall, very good stay!

  The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is out of date and worn. The carpets in the hallways and on the stairs are filthy. The breakfast room is too small without enough seating and the chairs are stained and torn and need to be recovered. The breakfast was sausage patties, scrambled eggs, toast or bagels, cereal, yogurt and juice. The coffee machine in the lobby makes good coffee. We were in a queen room and it was very cramped for space and the bathroom was too small and crowded. The room does have cable tv, a fridge and microwave. There are no amenities like a soda machine or change for the laundry. They attempted to give daily housekeeping services but it was so late in the day that we opted just for clean towels and garbage removal.
