    Great quiet hotel.

    My mom and I stayed for 3 days and enjoy our stay. The staff was helpful with my mom as she uses a walker. There was no breakfast included but the on site restaurant had a better selection than any breakfast included hotel I've stayed at before. The outlet mall is right beside the hotel so shopping without using the car was excellent.

    Very basic in. Check in was snooth. Room very clean. Washroom clean, lots of towels. Ac little loud but you get used it. Beds not so comftable but ok for night and two.

    Staff was very nice. We came in at 11pm on a holiday weekend for one night. We made a reservation on line. When we got in we were told they have to cancel it because there are no rooms, it was a glitch in the system. We were exhausted so the woman said she has a room but there is a lock problem and she would have to let us in each time. We wanted to get ice and in the a.m. go swimming but we did not want to bother anyone so we did not leave until checkout. The room was clean and nice. No refrigerator. The pool looks clean and nice, but we could not use it due to above. IHOP is right next door. I have AAA and senior but they so far were not applying it. All in all I can’t complain. We had a clean place to rest and this is a busy Holiday weekend.

    The worst hotel ever in Canada

    Actually, I was expecting a phone call OR email from you to investigate about what happened Myself and my wife were customers in comfort Inn from Friday May 31st to Sunday Jun 2nd in fourth floor I can not remember the room number. After 3 hours from sleeping the first night my wife woke up with severe pain of insects bit with many injuries and swelling in both arms and in her back she was crying from the pain there were lots of bedbugs big ones and too small ones which infest my wife's body. Too early in the morning we requested the receptionist to move us to another room & she gave us another room in the first floor. I asked here that I wanted to contact the manager and she said she is not working on Saturday and I did ask the other lady who were working on Sunday to let you know about what happened.My wife still in very severe pain and crazy itching until now I have got pictures for all bites.I am really surprised that the employees took it very easy and said sorry for that and I think no body even informed the manager who completely ignored our emails as if she did not hear about anythingOR she might heard and just ignored the whole issue.It is a very bad situation we never had faced like that in any hotel in Canada. It is not a Motel Or 1 star Hotel, Our holiday is totally spoiled because of this incident from the first night we did not sleep for the whole first night. We will never recommend this hotel for anyone from our collogues or community. We had some new clothes to be given as gifts to our family friend we obliged to wash them.
