Location

The hotel is located in Niagara Falls, in the heart of the tourist district and just one block from the world famous Niagara Falls.     We visited the Falls for 2 days in April 2026.The room was very large and clean on arrival. The bathroom was updated with a spacious shower. The room included the use of a smaller than average mini fridge.Of note, the hotel advertises (both on the website and on the in room TV) that the room will be serviced and cleaned daily. This is not the case. We called down to ensure the room would be cleaned and the front desk told us it is their policy to only clean rooms on the second day. They did offer to replenish our coffee station and the towels which we accepted. When we returned to the room, the towels were just left stacked under the TV and a baggie of coffee, cream, and sugar was left on the counter. Not a huge deal given that we just put them all away, but I was expecting a little better service.The hotel is situated in a great spot. A 15 minute walk (or less) to both Casinos, 6 minutes to Clifton Hill, and about a 15 minute walk down to the falls.I would stay again, but would like to see the room servicing improved.

    Buyer Beware - Fraudulent Advertising

    Buyer beware!We booked a king suite with sofa bed at this hotel, which advertises having a whirlpool tub. Upon arrival we were met with a standard King room. When we requested the room we booked (through mariotts website as a bonvoy member) assuming this was a standard check in mistake, we were told its a "known flaw" in the system where apparently mariott classes all king rooms with sofa bed the same and the whirlpool room is not garunteed. This is not noted anywhere in the reservation, I even asked the manager if its in fine print anywhere and he said not that he was aware of. The manager on site was just as frustrated as we were as his superior Ryan Simpson, this properties revenue manager, gave him 0 support or ability to provide customers with anything other than "comped parking". And is unreachable during the busy weekend rush. Disgusting. Absolutely deplorable customer service, fraudulent advertising and disgusting treatment of the front line staff who are taking a beating from frustrated customers. We are long time customers of this hotel (which we even shared with the lovely girl checking us in at the hotel) and we will never be back. Ryan Simpson - you should be ashamed and held accountable.

    Multiple things went wrong and staff did not care

    Multiple problems with this hotel. Front door requires a key card and staff said it was due to the wind. We now suspect it is due to safety concerns. One of two guest elevators was out of service as well as the service elevator. Only one of 3 elevators worked and the staff with laundry bin was taking up half the elevator going from floor to floor at peak evening hours. Staff was unapologetic. Back door from parking lot was out of service so we had to walk around hotel to front door. In the morning we discovered our car had been broken into. Glove box opened and things were moved around. Two pair of Rx sunglasses were taken. We are 99% sure we locked the car. Again, staff was stoic, did not seem surprised, and were unapologetic. Rooms were just ok. There are better places to stay. We will not be back.

    Stayed midweek for two days. No acknowledgment of elite status at check in, no perks offered (breakfast/parking) during stay. Rooms are renovated (pictures need updating) but there’s nothing special about the hotel. Room was clean but no fitted sheets or mattress covers on the beds. There’s a reason why this hotel was the cheapest Marriott in the area. Don’t get your hopes up for anything magical if you stay here
