    The Manager Gagan has been impressive, attentive, very professional, kind, very focused and all the time helpful for any question and need. We have more than 40 years of experience visiting thousands of hotels.She deserves success. The room was very clean and also the bathroom downstairs. All the staff including Alisha and Abigail manage stupendously all the tasks. The location is very good, close to everything. Highly suggested.

    Subha at the front desk is very knowledgeable, did a phenomenal job of checking me in and making sure my stay was most pleasurable. This is the 3rd night I've spent here in the last week or so and will return again soon!

    heat, phones and hotel is dirty rooms are dirty. Guest smoking in the room and partying. Dirty rooms and also heating doesn’t work in some room durning the coldest winter days.
