Location

Located on Fallsview Boulevard in the Fallsview Tourist District - beside the Niagara Fallsview Casino, the hotel is surrounded by Niagara's finest restaurants and attractions and offers the finest in Fallsview accommodation. Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 525 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Nice location, very close to the fall and that the main reason I stay in this hotel. For the view, it all depends on which room you were assigned. I had a lower floor (19th floor) , I was expecting a better view, part of the view was blocked by a near by building

    Worst experience and waste of money. Wont prefer spending a single dollar again for this place. At first i thought i will take my kids due to the location and all but experience says no i cant spend such huge amount on false stuff

    A noisy experience until nearly midnight

    Hotel wasn't able or was unwilling to do sitting about kids running and screaming in the hallway. Started at 8:00pm, I tried to be patient but when it was ongoing until 10:43pm I made my first call. Between 10:43pm and 11:31pm I had to call the front desk 3 times and only after the 3rd call did I hear security addressing the situation at nearly 11:45pm with consistent antics from the hallway for nearly 4 hours. I had to have my kids go sleep in the main room so they could get some sleep while I took the sleeper sofa.

    An exceptional experience at the new Hyatt Fallsview in Niagara, Ontario!

    From check in to check out, this has been an excellent experience. We have been Embassy Suites fans for decades and I was initially concerned that the move to Hyatt was going to be uncomfortable. We have had the greatest experience with Hyatt. This is our 50th Anniversary and a long-awaited bucket list trip. Mr. Benny Rotello is so concerned about the guests and his staff is amazing, top to bottom. So genuine and interested in how to make our experience the best. Plus, you can’t get a better view. Chef Adir Ozer at STK is a master. Do not pass on his cuisine and attention to detail. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff, from Troy at check in to the elevator people.

    Terrible service, terrible front desk, terrible communication, hyatt regency never again seriously! At 4 I check again at the front desk after checking like 15 times between 12 and 4 and the are still not ready, not to mention the rude front desk lady who made it seem like we were asking her for a favor to check our room status, I paid 800+ us dollars for that suite to be treated like trash and to have to demand my rights instead of mutual respect and smooth experience during my vacation
