    The service at this motel is horrible. First off the heater in the room was not working and the front desk sent a repairman who was unable to get the heater working. He did provide a portable heater but it was not strong enough to heat up the whole room. As a result I was forced to sleep with my seater on as the room was very cold. I was also instructed not to leave the heater on with the bathroom light on because it might blow the fuse. The second issue is the TV would not work with the remote that was povided. The toilet paper provided was one ply. Too many issues.

    When I booked the hotel I paid a $8 surcharge and it clearly said that it is for the parking fee. When I arrived there they said that the parking fee is not included and they had me pay it. And to make me happy they told me to call Agoda customer service to get the refund, I did but I didn't get any refund. This is a cheat! Besides this, I went twice to the front desk, there was nobody there! I called by voice, I called the phone number displayed, nobody answered, I waited 10 minutes, nobody showed up!! never seen an hotel doing that! What if there's a big emergency?? Ridiculous management!! Place to avoid!!

    I see the price advertised as 72$ per room. We went through Expedia and were charged more than 50% more for two rooms. We arrived late and there was no hot water and the shower was in poor condition as was the sink which was dripping. The next morning we were offered to change rooms for a shower but we were ready to check out. I asked for a partial refund and was told it would go via Expedia but when I followed up with Expedia they said the manager had turned down the partial refund. Rip off and lies….bad impression.

    They don't do house keeping service unless you go and request every single day of your stay. they said my room was cleand already and guess what, everything was as is, not even changed the towels. They do take 100 dollars security deposit and did not release in my case. The lady at the front desk [Sukhi] talks very rude and they took cash from me for car parking and did not provide any receipt for it. later i insisted to get one and i got on on cheap paper. after I lost that in clifton hills while doing golf. now I had to call her multiple times and finally they picked my call. when I ask her to provide email confirmation for the car parking to later use for my TAX returns. she was talking non sense. you can stay away from this motel and you can choose one that has good/proper customer service. Rooms are absolutely terrible and front desk service is horrible.
