Location

Located across from the excitement of the Casino Niagara, this hotel lies just a few paces from the famous, colourful Clifton Hill and a couple of minutes walk from the fabulous Niagara Falls and beautiful parklands. Toronto airport is 1.5 hours drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 138 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well.     Welcomed by Sharoon, a kind and pleasant woman. Not a fancy Hotel, but pretty solid and comfortable. Huge room with a comfortable bed, clean and with an huge window. Good breakfast. Price lower than many Hotels around there.     Such kind people helping us check in, and giving us tips and tricks on how best to see the falls, which was maximum a ten minute walk though the colorful streets. They also gave suggestions on what to do outside of seeing the falls such as bird kingdom (which they have discount tickets when you mention you are looking to go). The rooms were very large we stayed with 5 people and there was so much space. It was truly the perfect place to stay!     I'm very disappointed with the rooms at this hotel. The furniture is very old the chairs are falling apart. Walls are dirty. There was snow blowing into our room. Management does not care. We appreciate these concerns being brought to our attention as our staff were able to upgrade your room to a better suited accommodation due to snow from the storm coming in through the balcony door. As mentioned by management when brought to their attention they address that we have and are continuing to make improvements to our property as now we are not in peak season and have the opportunity to make such improvements .

    New Year’s Celeb at The Falls Hotel and Inn

    We stayed at the Falls Hotel and Inn mainly because of its location, and it did not disappoint. It’s very close to Niagara Falls and within walking distance to Ripley’s, the SkyWheel, arcades, and other attractions, which made getting around really easy.The room rate was affordable for the area, though the parking fee felt a bit expensive. Check-in was a bit rough as the hotel seemed short-staffed. One of our three rooms wasn’t ready until about two hours after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, which was inconvenient after a long day.The room itself was okay but could use some improvement. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and the cleanliness could have been better. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they were nice to talk to despite being busy.Overall, it wasn’t a perfect stay, but it was still a good experience mainly because of the location and the friendly staff.
