    Scam!!!! If I could leave a lower star I would! So I booked this hotel with a panoramic view on the 30th floor tower B on the towers website. They made me pay in full when I booked. Google Maps took us to a double tree so once we finally found the hotel they told us they were booked and sent me to the “sister hotel” that was 150 a night.. I paid 300 a night for this hotel. The sister hotel embassy suites that’s changing to Hyatt, is where we waited 40 mins for an elevator bc most were not working, the ac didn’t work in the room and valet was too scared to drive our car in the garage. They refused to give me a refund for the difference in the rooms. The front desk told me to email the GM that 4 days later has still not got back to me. After we checked in I went back on the towers website and the room I booked was still available so they are actively scamming people, taking their money to stay there and putting them in a hotel less than half the price. Absolutely awful experience and I’ll never recommend

    We just arrived home from a night away at your hotel.We wanted to take a moment and express our gratitude to the most wonderful front desk staff, Felicia. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. Her service was much appreciated. We thank her very much. Another part of this tower we enjoy so much is the ease of parking.     A smile wouldn’t kill ya!

    Some of the worst front desk customer service I’ve ever experienced! We decided to take a mini vacay for the night on a whim and I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong night and the front desk staff were so unhelpful and unfriendly it was shocking, they made us feel like dirt. Thankfully, we went across the street to an IHG property and had some of the loveliest, friendliest front desk staff check us in promptly with a smile and even gave us a free room upgrade.     Booked the Tower Hotel which is not the Tower Hotel.

    Booked the Tower Hotel on the top floor with a falls view, only to find out we’re not staying at the Tower Hotel, we’re staying in the hotel next door. Misleading is an understatement. The only reason we booked was because we wanted to stay in the Tower Hotel. Not happy.
