Location

This hotel is located on a main road, close to the famous Niagara Falls. The park beside the falls can be reached in only 100 m. Within 20 m of the hotel are bars, restaurants, shops and a casino, while a bus stop and railway station can be found about 5 minutes' drive away.

Facility

250 single rooms and 266 double rooms are available to guests in a 52-storey main building and a 15-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine. 6 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. While the adults swim a few laps in the indoor pool, children can splash around in the kids' pools. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including golf, a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Great Hotel

    Excellent hotel . There are a couple of towers there we were in the high one . Stayed in a premium room on the 48th floor . Fantastic view of both American and Canadian falls. Hotel is connected to the casino by indoor walkways. Also a few other restaurants both high end and average. Did the valet parking and checked in on line so your room key went to your phone. Valet brought the luggage to the room later. No complaints about the hotel at all.

    Stay away from south tower.

    The south tower is old and run down. Heat in winter is noisy and inconsistent. The units are hot in the summer. The chillers make so much noise that all floors above them vibrate to the point of being hard to sleep. Stay away from floor 21. The floor vibrates so much that even the maids and maintenance workers chuckle about it.

    Great hotel! Stayed in whirlpool king room with view of US and Canada side of the falls. Most comfortable bed and pillows whirlpool tub had doors that opened up to the whole room.     Stayed with our neighbors who are Hilton Diamond members, we had two rooms and the request was to stay on the same floor.We weren’t on the same room or the same tower.We were room 2212 in the south tower, our neighbors ended up in the north tower and their room wasn’t available until 7pm. Some floor plans are only available in certain towers, like rooms your room with two queen beds and a Fallsview are only available in the South Tower.     Service failures ruined a great property

    Terrible service and execution ruins a property that has huge potential.1. Hidden alarm was set on the alarm clock in the room, waking me up at 6am. Thiago at the front desk didn’t seem to care when I informed him. His response was tone deaf, offering late check out rather than address the service failure.2. No pool towels. We wait for over an hour at the pool when we wanted to return to our room because they had no towels. This is despite calling when we first arrived at the pool. This is a totally preventable service failure.3. Elevator wait almost every time we tried to use the elevator. One of the four elevators in the North Tower was not working for our entire stay.These failures are not minor inconveniences, they represent a systemic breakdown in service and accountability, which directly impacted the quality of our stay. A property with such potential should not be diminished by lapses that are entirely avoidable.Bottomline: Poor management has taken beautiful views/amazing location, and ruined them with terrible service.
