    We've stayed at this Holiday Inn at least 3 times. The free parking is a bonus since it is close to the Canadian Falls. I always purchase the breakfast package. I feel it's a good value and they have a big selection. I like to sit on the balcony and watch the activity on the street. We were on the 5th floor. We think the beds are comfortable and the towels etc. are adequate. The only tiny problem is the office chair was very worn. It just brought the atmosphere of the room down a little. The room is spacious with an extra sink area where the refrigerator is located. We will hopefully stay here again.

    This is a late review, but we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location, just a short walk to the falls and the breakfast was amazing too.

    Wouldn’t stay again. Beds feel like cement and don’t have actual Holiday Inn pillows, which I look forward to. A/C unit is loud. Pool area is gross and old. The only thing good about this hotel is the location.     stayed at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls - By the Falls and overall had a mixed but generally positive experience.Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm, although the hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations—there were mirrors and construction signs in several areas.The room had some drawbacks. The sofa bed was very old and torn, and the bedding was already placed inside it, which made me unsure how recently it had been cleaned. Breakfast was below average in quality, but the staff were attentive and provided good service.One of the highlights was the free parking and the Enchanted Package, which included tickets to Skylon Tower—definitely worth it for the experience.However, sleep quality was poor due to noise from nearby rooms (babies and children). I recommend avoiding rooms with two queens + sofa bed, as they are located near the elevator and tend to be noisier. If I had known, I would have chosen a standard two-queen room instead, even though the sofa bed option costs more.If possible, try to stay on a higher floor (like the 6th floor with upgraded rooms) for a quieter experience. I also wish the hotel provided coffee in the lounge area.On a positive note, the location is excellent, and checkout was just as smooth as check-in, with friendly and helpful staff.Overall, I would stay here again—especially with the Enchanted Package—but would choose my room more carefully next time.     Plumbing issues and poor customer service

    We stayed in room 403 and cosmetically, the room seemed just fine, that was until we used the sink and found a horrible smell coming from the drain and lingered most of our stay. We also got woken up at around 5am from the water pipes banging from the shower in room next to us. They have some serious issues with their plumbing.On top of that, we could also smell weed coming from a neighboring room.We brought all this up with the front desk and all they could say was "it is all out of our control".Really!
