    The reservation was booked through Priceline/Agoda, and the hotel confirmation number is 966116854.I am requesting a refund or partial refund because several basic services and advertised amenities were not provided during my stay:There were no towels in my room when I checked in.There was no toilet paper in my room.The swimming pool was not available, even though it was advertised.I was also charged $40 for parking, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

    Motel on Lundys Lane,about 3 miles from the falls.people and staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.dont expect too much in the room though,it is a motel and old as well,late 60s.Motel has a fabulous Indian restaurant on site Purplemint Indian Restaurant, food is awesome and huge portions. Drive to Clifton Hill and the Falls about 6-10 minutes ,Ubercosts about 10 dollars

    The pictures are deceiving. This place is horrible! You have people just hanging around outside all hours of the night. The furniture is super old. Scratches all over them. We wouldn't even shower because the tub had white all over it. It was a Burgundy jet tub that I'm sure probably didn't even work. Let's not forget about the toilet! You sit down and fear kicks in that its either going to tip over or fall through the floor!! The best part ( sarcasm) the room smelled of weed! Especially the bathroom... probably coming through the vent. If I wouldn't have lost my $101 I would have found a different hotel!!! Oh BTW you have to pay $10 for parking!!! Stay clear away from this place unless you like the ghetto!!!

    My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The toilet flush was broken and kept running every few minutes, which disturbed our sleep. The room lighting was insufficient, and several electrical outlets were either loose or not working properly.Basic amenities were lacking—there was no toothpaste provided, and even after asking at reception, none was available, so I had to purchase it from a nearby pharmacy. Although my room was labeled smoke-free, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke.Breakfast options were very limited, and overall it felt like the property lacked proper maintenance. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here in the future.

    rooms are run down,noisy all nite , parking lot is a disaster even thou they charge $10 parking. basic cheap breakfast. Left early cause we couldn't sleep!
