    I recently stayed at the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel in Niagara Falls and honestly had such a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is in an amazing location — close enough to walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill, restaurants, and all the main attractions, which made the trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Being able to park the car and explore everything on foot was a huge bonus.The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was well kept, and the overall room had a nice relaxing feel after long days of walking around Niagara Falls. I also really appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to get a good sleep. The view from the room was a great touch too and made the stay feel even more special.One of the best parts of the experience was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and anytime we had a question, staff were happy to help with recommendations and directions. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable.The hotel itself was very well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. For the price, it felt like incredible value considering the location, cleanliness, and overall quality of the experience.     My recent stay at the Howard Johnson Plaza in Niagara Falls was nothing short of fantastic. From Check-In to Check-Out, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and were always ready to help with recommendations or requests.The location is a great bonus to the hotel. It’s just a short walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill, and countless restaurants and attractions, making it incredibly convenient. I loved being able to explore the area without worrying about transportation. You can genuinely walk everywhere! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.     Pool had dirty floating in it report to front desk went to pool next day right when it opened it was cleaner but still had stuff floating in it. Our bathroom floor was covered in glitter from previous guests. Renovation debris on floor by pool, was there the day we check and and the next day could have easily been vacuumed up.     Don't recommend. I was expecting a far better experience for the price that we paid. No room service due to the "green policy" which is nothing but an excuse for the hotel to cheap out. If this policy was a concern, there was an opportunity to cancel the reservation ahead of time.While daily housekeeping is not automatically included as part of our standard “green policy,” guests are always welcome to request daily cleaning for a small additional charge. That said, most guests staying one or two nights do not require full service. We are always happy to provide fresh towels and sundries upon request at no extra cost.Our pricing reflects this model and is often more competitive than properties that include daily room service as standard.     This was the worst hotel experience I have EVER had, and that’s saying a lot considering how much time i’ve spent in hotels. Needless to say I will not be returning, upon arrival our room had a funky smell but not only that we bugs in our bed. When we brought the bug to front desk for proof they didn’t even seem surprised that was the sick part! We were overall underwhelmed and offered no compensation, we immediately left and went to The Brock Hotel. We were given a falls view room in a stunning hotel for a fraction of the price!
