First impression was very lovely and we were grateful for the valet service. It was very busy for a week day but there were plenty of friendly staff available at all times. The hotel has many options for dining right on site but also easily accessable options in walking distance. We enjoyed a fallsview room and the room was exceptionally clean with plenty of space for luggage as well as a comfortable separate TV area. The view of the falls was exactly the reason I chose the specific room and it was spectacular! There is a really nice pool area which is open later than most hotels allowing visitors more time to enjoy their stay. We did not get to try the breakfast because it was too busy but the Starbucks provided some quick and convenient options. I also really enjoyed that there was a small arcade and a little convenience shop. After our tour, we decided to enjoy a dinner at STK and the bartender made our experience extra special by engaging with us and offering us service while we waited for our meal. While the cost is a little higher, the food was exceptional and there are tables that offer a fallsview dining experience unlike anywhere else in the world. Everywhere we interacted with the hotel staff, we had a positive experience and felt they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for that more upscale experience that you will never forget.

Nice room, great view

Upon arrival I was able to upgrade our room (with an additional fee) so that we had a view of the Falls. I appreciated that they allowed early check in since the room was ready earlier. It was a nice time away for my husband and I. I think this hotel is located in the perfect area to view the Falls and foreworks.
