    I just returned from a 3 night stay here after having previously stayed 6 nights in Toronto. This hotel is simply fabulous. The lobby is nice as there are some great views and a good amount of seating along with a Starbucks. It just seemed like quite a tranquil place to relax at times.Checking in was easy as there was not a long wait. I actually got to the hotel over 3 and a half hours early and my room was not ready so the hotel stored my luggage. This gave me a good amount of time to explore and scope out the area.I had a superior fallsview, guestroom, 1 king. This was on the 20th floor and the view was truly fabulous and immersive. You could sit there and just watch this for a while. You could see both the Canadian/Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls along with Rainbow Bridge and even see across to the US side of Niagara Falls which I also visited. Watching the Falls at night from my room was also nice as you could see different colours. I was lucky as throughout my whole stay the weather was perfect. The day I checked out it was raining and windy, but that ironically made it better as I got to see the view when it's raining too!Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!     Best view of the Falls from room

    Amazing view of the falls from 12th floor room. Nice lobby that includes a Starbucks for coffee and a Mortons steakhouse for fancy meal. Hotel was in good condition. Large rooms with both jacuzzi tub and shower. Room also had two chairs facing falls window view. Good pillows. Quiet hallways and good for sleeping in. Would recommend this Hotel above all for location and view.Cons was that parking was expensive (Valet $70 canadian per night), the hotel's walk bridge for quick access across road was closed. And we thought the hotel room bed and chairs seemed old.     The Staff was great ! House keeping was courteous. The Restaurant staff and service at Milestones was great! Location was fantastic. View was AMAZING! Amanda at front desk was EXCELLENT for recommending an upgrade and noticing our anniversary celebration! Early check in and taking care of our special day was what I say “ Going Above and Beyond!” Thank you!

    The location of the hotel was so ideal. Quick access to table rock, not far from most attractions, easy to get in and out of, really perfect! Overall the satay was nice. There were a few issues. I’m sticking with 4 stars because I never approached the desk about these simply because our time was spent enjoying the falls. No matter what we dialed on our in room phone, it never went through. We wanted to order room service but the pre set button just rang and rang then eventually said that the number was invalid. The in room menu said to dial # then a number but after you hit # it went to a busy signal. Any button we tried or # we tried did one of those 2 things. The door to the room would get stuck if the lock wasn’t in the exact right position. The struggle was is that it would turn slightly past unlocked and basically relock, making it tough to open the door. Both my partner and I had a tough time with it on several occasions.The shower door was not sealed at the bottom so by the time you stepped out of the shower the mat was quite wet.The water had very minimal temperature differences. You had to turn it just shy of all the way hot to get it warm but once you turned it a hair further, it was scalding hot. The bed was too hard for my liking but my partner didn’t have any issues.The room was very warm and no matter how low we set the air or high we set the fan, the system never shut off and the room never cooled down. As hot sleepers both my partner and I struggled at night. We did open the little vent under the window but it wasn’t enough. The chairs in front of the window of our Fallsview room were a nice touch but lacked back support. There were 5 elevators near the lobby but they took FOREVER once you called them. I found that so odd. Honestly, despite all of that, I would stay there again. Well maintained overall, beautiful views, friendly staff, conveniently located, and if the issues persisted I’d speak to someone next time.
