    Absolutely Disgusting

    This may be the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Lets start with the smell. I cannot be as explicit as I'd like to be, so lets just say that the non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and other drugs (not weed) that can be smoked. Visually, it is not any better. The room had not recently been cleaned. It was filthy dirty - there were bugs, mold on the ceilings, graffiti on the walls, the tub was leaking (and we had not even turned it on), and there was dirt, debris, and cobwebs all over the room. Needless to say, after less than an hour, we had picked another hotel down the road and checked out of this Oyo dumpster. Now we have been STRUGGLING to get a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. You'd be better off sleeping in an alley way behind the McDonalds.

    Do not book here they love to cancel and they tell you they called when they didn't we are not residents of niagara as why we got the room we booked at 6 or 7 am canceled at 12 saying it was us who canceled don't waste ur time with the company or this hotel

    Most realistic attraction in the whole of Niagara Falls

    This place should be called the Jesse Pinkman motel stay experience and it would then be the most realistic attraction in the whole of the Niagara Falls. The costumes and acting was so realistic with local hobos hanging along with the toothless crack pipe smokers. The room also came with an excellent tobacco fragrance air freshener that was amazingly strong. You also as a bonus get several pet fly’s to keep you entertained if you get bored. The bed sheets also come with this amazing mixed shades of cream/ brown along with little moving black dots 👍

    Nice place within walking distance to so many attractions. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Updates had recently been done, new flooring and bedding. Very nice staff. Great location. I would stay again. Price was right too! I recommend if you are looking for a place to stay close to attractions, restaurants and the falls.

    We booked a room and we’re left stranded with keys and no access to our room. They stole our money and refuse to refund us based on a policy that was not on their website. Terrible and inhumane. THIEVES!!!
