    Perfect for Traveling with Pets

    We had a great stay at the Ramada Jordan Station. The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. It had a huge balcony which made the stay even more enjoyable. What we liked the most was that the hotel is pet friendly. Our dog was able to stay with us and was really enjoying the place as well. It made the trip much more relaxing knowing our pet was welcome. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thanks to Mohammad Saad at the front desk and the manager, Nicky Chang!

    Booked almost the last minute of the day, the place was surprisingly comfortable, the room smelled fresh, and easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

    We had a good overnight stay. The room was nice with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. Breakfast was sufficient, especially since we didn’t expect it. The coffee was delicious. I’m sure the pool is nice in the summer but the room was chilly so we decided not to swim in the cold water. The Shore restaurant is beautiful with very friendly people and delicious food.

    Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

    I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating under the Ramada name. Everything the other negative reviews mention? We experienced all of it. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, the service was indifferent at best, and the whole place felt like it had given up years ago.What made it even worse is that they signed up to be a stay and play hotel for a kids’ hockey tournament, yet acted completely shocked and annoyed that families and kids were actually there. They were unbelievably unaccommodating — rude about noise, rude about basic requests, and clearly not prepared or willing to host the very event they agreed to participate in. If you don’t want families, don’t sign up for a kids’ tournament.Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

    Great staff at check in and check out. Excellent customer service. Very clean Hotel. Restaurant was amazing. Rooms have amazing views of the lake. Will be back for sure
