Location

The hotel is 2 blocks from the Falls in the heart of the tourist area. Just a 5-minute walk to the popular entertainment district known as Clifton Hill which offers activities and attractions for visitors of all ages. Niagra Falls’ town centre and tourist centre are around a 10-minute walk from the hotel and the Canadian city of Toronto is approximately 120 minutes away by car.

    Request for Refund Due to Service Issues During Stay

    I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview for one night on May 19, 2026.Before arrival, I was informed that the hotel fee payable at check-in would be $4.23 for the stay. However, I was charged a higher amount, and I would like clarification and reimbursement for the difference.In addition, I experienced several issues during my stay:The room Wi-Fi was not working properly. I contacted the receptionist and followed the instructions provided, but the internet only worked in the hallway, not inside my room. I had to sit in the hallway to complete my work, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.The electrical outlet was located too far from the table with the coffee maker, making it impossible to use the coffee maker properly.When I checked out in the morning, the receptionist informed me that I would receive a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience. However, I have not received any refund or follow-up communication.I am requesting:1. A refund of the amount overcharged beyond the stated $4.23 fee;2. The compensation/refund that was promised to me at checkout.Please review this matter and let me know when the refund will be processed.Thank you

    Hallways and room smelled musty or moldy, tv was snowy was reported and nothing was done. Was charged for parking but not warned. Kids were slamming doors and yelling in the hallways for hours. Bathtub dripped all night. Toilet seat was loose. Apparently nobody checks the rooms to make sure things are working before rebooking to another party. Horrible
