We did not sleep all night. The ice machine was next to our room and people were getting ice all night. the room was dull and old looking. one light in the bathroom did not work. The carpet looked old and dirty. The chair was full of dust. The bed skirt was hanging down on the floor. The hall way had paid on the carpet.

I booked 2 rooms for a 2-night stay (August 19th–21st) at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Stanley Avenue. I prepaid in full through Booking.com, but our stay was a complete headache from start to finish.?To start, check-in on August 19th was a mess. Despite arriving at the standard 4:00 PM check-in time, only one of our two rooms was ready. We were forced to wait until 5:15 PM just to get into the second room. When I complained and asked them to waive our parking fees ($25 per car for two vehicles) to make up for the delay, they initially refused before begrudgingly waiving just one.?The state of the hotel itself is terrible:?Dirty & Missing Amenities: The hallway carpets on the 3rd floor were filthy and worn out. Inside rooms 303 and 305, there was a heavy, musty, moldy smell, and wallpaper was actively peeling off the walls in the bathroom and next to the bed. Basic expected room amenities were completely missing—there were no mini-fridges or microwaves in either room.?Disgusting Maintenance Issues: When I went to take a shower around 1:00 AM, the tub drain was completely clogged. Water immediately backed up because the drain was packed with someone else's hair—it looked like it had never been cleaned. It was so stomach-churning that I had to cover my hand in toilet paper and pull out the massive clump of hair myself just so the water would drain.?Noise & Amenities: The hotel only had one working ice machine on our floor, right outside our room, leading to constant noise and foot traffic. The pool area was completely out of towels. When we called the front desk, they eventually sent up tiny hand towels instead of proper bath/pool towels, showing how severely understaffed they are.?Unhelpful Management & Billing Errors: Despite prepaying through Booking.com, they double-charged my card at check-out on August 21st in addition to taking $100 security deposits for each room. The front desk manager was very unpleasant, completely unhelpful, and refused to take any responsibility for the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. While she processed a partial refund for the double charge on the spot, I am still waiting for the remainder of that refund as well as the return of my $200 in deposits.?To top off an already stressful stay, my mother accidentally left her wallet (containing over $500) hidden under the couch when we checked out early at 9:00 AM. We realized it at 10:00 AM and hurried back. The housekeeper originally claimed she hadn't seen it and started making a show of looking through trash cans and places we knew it wasn't. After we left the room to report the issue to the front desk, the cleaner suddenly "found" it by the side of the bed—a spot we had already checked together minutes earlier. While I am glad the wallet was ultimately turned in, the entire ordeal was incredibly stressful and shady.?Save your money and stay somewhere else in Niagara Falls. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, maintenance failures, billing errors, and rude management, I will never stay at a Ramada again.I really regret not taking photos of everything but I was so angry and each one that happened I thought was a one-off scenario

Check in quick and professionLocation on edge of town but all in less than 15 minutesRoom clean Hotel itself with is very tired and old definitely needs a full refurbToilet cistern handle lose but the biggest issue was it took 20 minutes , yes 20 minutes to get hotDid report to reception day one but still same second nightValue was ok

I was charged more than told!Wifi was VERY bad in the room, and there was peanuts in the AC!Would certainly not recommend.
