Sterling Inn & Spa is stellar!

Had a fantastic stay at Sterling Inn and Spa. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with the jacuzzi tub. It was luxurious. From the complimentary robes to the small details like the bath salts for the jacuzzi, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a hit. The croissants, yogurt and freshly squeeze (seemed like) made it feel extra special after a night of fun and sleeping in. The location was great that it allow us to walk everywhere without the extra parking fees. With breakfast and free parking made it an excellent value. The room and bathroom were super clean. We were even able to check in early. The front desk staff made us feel like we were the owners of the establishment. We're so excited to come back again as soon as we can make it happen. A little worn

The hotel is nice enough but is showing a little wear. It is also the darkest hotel room I have ever been in. There were no dimmers on the lights but it was as if they were all on "low." The one overhead light flickered constantly. Also be aware that the shower is open to the room with no door/ curtain. Breakfast was good and hotel staff friendly. Niagara’s little gem

We stayed at the property on the long weekend in May .2 Couples in 2 rooms.So the first impression when you drive up and it does send a signal of a wow but it definitely is .It starts off the warm welcoming at the reception with the super friendly staff . No long ,annoying lines or frustration- only smooth check in at a reception awaiting you with a Complimentary specialized coffees and nice touch on lemon water available 24/7. The rooms . Well they are huge .High ceilings, large very modern bathrooms. Extremely cozy and very quiet .Comfy beds with soft pillows , your robes laid out and on your bed . Classy .So this being said . You don’t get the spectacular views , it’s a small distance walking to all attractions, but what you will get is a nice relaxing stay after a busy and crowded day in Niagara Falls.The spa on premises is fantastic and make sure toBook in advance .The restaurant is worth to try . Deliciousness. Fresh and tasty and nicely presented.So if you are looking for a spot to totally detox from daily havoc , this place is for you .P.SWe celebrated our 35 th anniversary and our room was so delightfully decorated for which we thank the establishment and attentive treatment from Heena.Thanks forMaking it special. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with superb facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special.The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Our room was absolutely gorgeous - very spacious, beautifully designed and with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury. Everything felt stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to others.
