    Great Staff very friendly and helpful. It's an Older Hotel that's fairly well kept. We had a pretty Good rate and Quiet room with a nice view. We were here the end of April maybe still off season.

    The property itself is in a great location and they try very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay! However, after reading former reviews, I asked for a thoroughly clean room with working tv and hairdryer dryer. One out of three requests materialised. The Smart tv worked great, the hair dryer did not… but a working one was delivered straight away. However, the cleanliness of the room was not good! A visible layer of dust upon the curtain valence, AND McDonald’s French fries found at the side of the base of the toilet! The bathroom floor tile needs to be STEAM cleaned to get rid of the mold and build up. Clearly the housekeeping staff does the absolute minimum as my friend’s room down the hall had a similar situation in the bathroom (minus the French fries). Perhaps, the rooms should be inspected before guests arrive, Also cleaning and fixing curtains that have come off the track and a good thorough steam cleaning of tiles in the bathroom would make a dramatic difference to the appearance and in guest satisfaction! The elevator had a horrible stench… it smelled like dead rodent. This property could be SO great with a bit more effort from management, and newly trained housekeepers who actually do a proper, thorough job.

    Horrible! Cannot fathom why Wyndham Group back this motel. We observed unkept people loitering around the entrance and corridors. Disgusting smells, dogs barking, people yelling & left over food in the corridors. Our assigned room was filthy & freezing whilst sporting a flimsy door lock which did not provide confidence for safety. It was like experiencing an homeless shelter. The photos and a number of reviews are totally deceptive. Do not stay here. We handed back our key and hurriedly left the premises.
