This resort welcomes guests in Niagara on the Lake.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 220 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The heated indoor and outdoor pools, filled with salt water, make for soothing swimming and true relaxation. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and golf are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, squash and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.

    The room was fabulous and the bed so comfortable. It was so clean! At night there was no noise at all. I loved the nepresso machine and pods! And a big thank you to the staff who always seemed to know what you wanted before you asked.

    I stayed here for a conference and we were well taken care of! This resort/hotel is beautiful. The staff are all so pleasant and friendly. The hotel and grounds are extremely well kept and the virtual assistant via text is an amazing feature! The fresh flowers were such a lovely touch and the food, although expensive, was amazing. You even get real toilet paper in your room, not the typical crappy hotel toilet paper! I definitely would love to return for a getaway with my husband. I personally didn’t use any of the facilities provided (gym, pool, hair salon etc) but I heard great things about them. The grounds in the back with the fountain and strong bistro lights was absolutely beautiful. It’s also a nice touch to receive a gift card when you choose not to have your room serviced during your stay!     We just returned from White oaks resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday. We had done this previously and since I could pick where I wanted to go, this was my top choice. Being our 4th time there speaks volume when you are looking for a place that makes you feel truly appreciated. The customer service at this resort deserves a lot of praise. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are having a great stay and that your needs are met. From the time that we walked in, after chatting a couple of minutes with the doorman, we were greeted with a big smile at the check-in counter. I had booked a spa appointment where I was going right away, but my husband took care of taking our belongings to our room. They have such a beautiful spa facility, so relaxing, and Sarah was great. I enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. When I arrive at our room, there was a bag full of treats for me! Really yummy treats and all gluten-free, so I was able to enjoy them all, did share with my husband. The room, on the 4th floor, was awesome. So clean and everything shine. The layout is great, best shower, two robes in the room, fridge, everything that you could possibly need. Very impressive. We spent some time at the pool area before having a walk through the gorgeous gardens, then an early dinner. Caitlin at Play Bar, was so nice. She brought us two glasses of champagne, so appreciated the gesture. A great waitress who suggested a couple of things for me who has celiac. No problem finding options for me, another reason why this place is perfect for our one-night getaway. They also have a great rewards program which gives you perks on your next stay. If you've never been here, do yourself a favour and do it. We know that we will be back for sure. Thanks to everyone.
