    Hotel was clean and decent. Front desk personnel was very dry and at most snobby. As a world traveler I've never had such monotone from someone responsible for first encounter. She should be placed to clean the carpark or something lest client facing.     Booking does not explain towerB does not have amenities on site. We walked to other building to access pool. Unfriendly staff. Rooms are spacious.     Average hotel in Niagara Falls close to the Casino

    Spent the night here for a night out walking distance to mostly everything in the cold weather was tough but not far. Room was ok seems dated beds could of been more comfortable but a clean average room with fridge all you need nothing special but a decent room and stay parking was expensive.$25 no breakfast didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they looked ok .     2 blocks from the falls. Very nice hotel for the price we paid. The rooms and hotel was clean as well. Breakfast could of had more fruit choices and less carbs. I would stay hear again when in Niagra Falls.     Hotel itself was average for what we paid, however when we got into bed at night we noticed a stain on our sheets. Unfortunately it was way too late and we were too tired to say something so we just ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. That was disappointing! Other than this it is a great location if you want to be close to the casino.
