    Location is good. You can walk around the main street and restuarants. It is run down inside/outside. Carpets along the hallway is old. Mattress and beddidngs are worn out. Receptionist is not welcoming.     A spotlessly clean hotel located within walking distance to downtown and the lakeshore. Staff are friendly and efficient. Room spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The Indo-Nepali restaurant on the fourth floor is worth eating at too. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.     Tub is dangerous

    The only problem I had with the room is that the tub is very slippery and dangerous. If no one has fallen yet they will. Other than that the room was reasonably priced, clean and quiet.     Despite seeing some negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. There was a decent bathroom that was clean with nice towels. There was a coffee machine in the room and free wifi. There is a breakfast. It's nothing fancy. But given that it's free it's quite good. Bagels, toast, waffles (you make with a waffle machine), yoghurt, eggs, fresh fruit, cereal. Overall we were pretty satisfied. The area though - downtown North Bay - doesn't offer much though there is a nice beach and marina a short walk away.
