    Very nice hotel in a very nice location

    The location is great, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The beds are comfortable, pillows are great. Swimming pool is small, but most of the time we were alone there so it was OK for 2 of us. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. We stayed 4 nights and they changed it every morning. I would definitely recommend it.

    Rude and disrespectful

    Late desk person rude and un interested in helping resolving an issue in room. Because sheets are scratchy, also use lotion before going to bed, but lotion bottle completely empty. Desk person said they’d have someone come to room to change out bottles. No one came and after 25 minutes again went to front desk. Peeved because again asked to fix this and they hadn’t even called anyone to come to room. Initial comment to send help was just a brush off.

    Did not meet expectations. Upon checking in our room had a very musty smell, beds had hair in them and pillows were lumpy. Requested to change rooms without issue. First room was on fourth floor, second room smelled better on third floor, but still had hair in bed and lumpy pillows. Bathroom fan also did not work and was not able to wash clothes because dryer was broken. Did not use pool but it was small no hot tub. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Overall good location and we slept alright for the night but for what we payed this place could do better.

    Very friendly front desk staff (checking in and out) as well as staff in the breakfast room. Good quality breakfast.Very cleanOutstanding location - DC fast charger nearby for EV charging, Shoppers Drug Mart and Boston Pizza within walking distance.

    As usual the quality that I expect from Hamption Inn by Hilton is exceeded. I love staying at this hotel when we come to North Bay. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is so soft and I absolutely love the pillows. The breakfast is always top notch and filling. This time I had the waffles, bacon and fruit. Delicious.
