Best hotel in North Bay. Conveniently located near everything you could want to do in North Bay. The rooms are spacious, cool and bright. The hotel itself as well as the rooms are spotless. The beds are comfy.Always a great stay, thanks so much!

The service and staff were very kind, pleasant and willing to assist.Mr Hardeep was always willing to work with our schedule as we were here every week for 3 nights since July 2025.I would like to thank him and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable

The hotel was really nice, room was normally spacious with a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decently rich and everything was fresh. There was 24 h free coffee which is fantastic, pleanty of parking . The staff was very polite. Price was quite decent . Will stay here if I visit North Bay again.

My bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just right at this Holiday Inn. I traditionally stay at Marriotts and my first experience at another holiday inn in Timmins on this trip was not so good! Tv set up is fantastic for fire stick use! Friendly and inviting staff! 5 star!!!!

By far the best hotel in North Bay! Due to work had to book several days in North Bay. This was modern, clean and inviting. Other hotels failed miserably (Homewood Suites pool permanently closed, Best Western dingy and no breakfast included, Travelodge smelled like smoke and 1980's, Quality in was just ok.
