    Location was good for us, it was quiet and the rooms were clean. I wish there was a double queen option for rooms but it was still a comfortable stay. We stayed on points, however we have stayed and paid previously, and for the value it was good. The only small issue was our tv remote was not programmed. luckily my husband was able to do it himself, however i did call down to front desk for them to fix but my husband had fixed it as I was on the call! So all good. We checked in through the app so it was just a stop at the desk with ID and our keys were provided. The front desk attendant was quick. They do offer a hot breakfast however this stay we did not enjoy as we were late to the game.

    Fast reservation good price. Old hotel, needs updating rooms. Good sleep. Morning breakfast was a plus. Was here for a business trip just needed a room to sleep.

    Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. Comfortable, clean, friendliest staff I’ve ever met, breakfast is provided. A little extra thing I’ve noticed at this location is that the gym is under utilized so a high focused work out is very achievable here. This is the only place I stay when I’m in town

    The check-in was a struggle, the room was the same as the outdoor temp (30 degrees Celsius), ac smelt horrible (made my partner sick) and was off in the room at check-in, the towels were dirty (deteriorating rags left from cleaning crew as well as bath towels coated in crumb-like dirt), the tv was grainy and hard to watch (think 90s era tube tv quality without the antenna), the water temp in the shower is affected by other rooms (don't be surprised by the scolding hot to icy cold water when neighbours flush), and the attendant may ask you for a lighter.I guess if you get what you pay for then this is what your getting for a King Suite in North Bay.
