Location

This hotel is located in the lovely town of Osoyoos, British Columbia. Hotel guests will be close to a variety of nearby attractions. The hotel places travellers next to the Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park and less than 1 km from fishing, hiking and boating on Osoyoos Lake. The Greyhound bus station is around 2 km away and the beach is 140 m away.

Facility

66 non-smoking rooms, including 3 junior suites, 29 suites, 9 studios and 23 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A variety of activities such as beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, are offered at the hotel. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, badminton.

    Good value and clean property

    We had an excellent stay at this property. It is well-maintained and the room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking and it was great to see two EV chargers available for guest use.My only grumble is that disposable plates, cups, glasses and cutlery are used in the breakfast room. It is disappointing that reusable items are not used.

    This small town is quiet at this time of year, so there were few guests in the hotel. The breakfast was a good one.     Exactly what you need. Fair service and price, complimentary hot breakfast, a clean and comfortable room.     Did not feel up to Best Western Standards. The room cleanliness had a lot to be desired. To Garbage on the floor, so no floor cleaning or vacuuming. To the Bathroom mold in the corners of the shower tub. Also the bathroom door, bottom broken swollen from water and paint peeling. To the screw holes in the wall where I am thinking the hair dryer used to be. Not sure if all the rooms were like this but the one we were in looked not cleaned before next person.     We always stay here because of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from and it's fresh. Location is good, easy walking distance to restaurants and nice little coffee shop.
