    Nice room with comfy beds, but it’s definitely showing its age. The air conditioning unit was loud and couldn’t be turned off. Otherwise, I had a great stay. I didn’t get to make use of the pool, but it looked gorgeous. I would stay here again!!

    Arrived as party of 4 (2 couples) . On arriving early one of the adjoining rooms requested was not quite ready so our friends were allocated an upgraded room . We asked if we could therefore be upgraded to remain near them told no unless we paid for the upgrade !! But ok not a problem it’s a one night stay. However, on arriving at our allocated room we were more than disappointed . We felt we had been put in the domestics cupboard , it was tired and extremely small . Ground level next to carpark , so noisy night. Room had a full range of totally unnecessary empty kitchen cupboards , taking up a major part of the room and just enough room to walk round the bed . Nowhere to put your luggage without having a climbing event to get to bed , made going to loo in middle of the night interesting . None of the rooms had safes, apparently you only get one if you are in the penthouse , us poorer folk have to carry our valuables round !! In a destination where most people are travelling I found this very very poor.Good points - restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and the rooms were clean.Overall my review …. Rooms clean but tired and would swap the large kitchen area for a safe . Very very disappointed ,by far the worst room we have had while travelling round Canada and we have stayed in a few - I’d say give it a miss or avoid room 107

    I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time.It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!

    Great hotel for business travel. Full service amenities, but at a very competitive price, with not a lot of extra fees that one expects in this type of hotel. Nice to be able to charge my meals to my room so accounting is easy when I get back to the office. Vintners restaurant was great for all three meal periods.Fitness centre is small but has all the equipment I needed (was surprised to find a stair climber!), and while I didn't use the outdoor pool, it definitely looked inviting.Staff were exceptional, and location is ideal.

    I found my stay at the Coast Capri Hotel to be very comfortable. I strongly advise calling the hotel directly to make a reservation. I tried one of the booking sites and they recorded me as my last name first and when I had to change my dates, the hotel clerk couldn't find me at first. She was patient, professional, and friendly, and finally straightened it out. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. When I arrived, there was a gift basket waiting for me. It contained a couple of cookies and a ten-dollar coupon for the restaurant.
