    Sanctuary after a very trying and worrisome day.

    After a long drive back returning home to Penticton from Central Alberta, my car broke down on the side of the road just south of Vernon. By the time BCAA sent me a tow truck and towed me to their offices in Kelowna, it was too late to work on my car so I had to stay overnight. BCAA suggested I go stay at the Comfort Inn across the street from them. I did, best decision I ever made. It was a rough day. I was very tired and a little shaken up and worried about the cost of the day.A wonderful young man, M.Mehra, liistened to my story and said he had one room left. It sounded a bit fancy with a king bed, a couch, table and a desk. I asked for any discount I could get and I qualified for the seniors one. The room rate was surprisingly lower than I thought so I was very happy and the room was absolutely amazing. My stay there was wonderful. It was so clean. It came with a nice breakfast in the morning and the minute I walked in that room I just felt better. I had a shower and sat on that big king bed watching a beautiful big screen TV. After breakfast in the morning I went to their gym and rode a stationary bike for a little while. There was a nice pool that families were playing in The checkout process was wonderful also, so friendly and they let me have a bit of an extended checkout as my car still wasn't ready the next morning.     The Best!

    This hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed here for medical appointments and shared one room with 3 people. We had 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. The fold out was so comfy! Staff are incredible and the pool and hot tub were great. Location was central and a short Uber drive to anywhere! Highly recommend.

    Rooms were not cleaned in the 5 days of staying there. Requested a few times and was told only if we have time. We have stayed here many times before and received great service but in these 5 days it was far from good.

    Really nice room. Set up was just great. Lots of USB ports (and ledges) in room. Great staff. And a not too bad free breakfast!
