    No hot water in the shower, mentioned it at the front desk at checkout, apparently they were aware of the issue yet put us in the room anyway?!

    We arrived at Days Inn and received a great welcome.Thank you to Jas that helped us out so much.As we don’t travel often, some things seem to escape us, lolThanx to Jas, she assisted us with connecting to wifi ( had a new phone),Made sure our cab was confirmed for the next morning for the airport, and greeted us always with a warm hello.Jas, you have such amazing customer service skills, so many can learn from you.Many blessings to you and your family.
