Hot water wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Complained about noise: people above us were screaming until 3:30 AM and no one did anything or followed up.

Black Mold in efficiency suite made us all sick!

Where to begin? Checked into an efficiency room with 3 other people. After first night, we all woke up feeling very ill. The black mold on the ceiling of the shower only I took in the morning as the plugged shower head was blasting a single stream of water that stung! The Murphy bed clunked and groaned every time it's occupant turned over. Needless to say we got very little sleep.Told the front desk after spotting the black mold, and we were immediately moved. As it were, we should have been offered our stay totally free, but that was not once offered. I did get my 4th night "comped" for it, but it was supposed to free anyways with their "stay 3, get one free" promo was in effect.The breakfast room was pretty much unattended, not restocked well, and mediocre food at best. Creaky old machinery made for a quick sit down, and it's probably that way for reason.I cannot recommend a stay here, and will definitely not be going back myself!

We hada great stay, the room was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. Julia in the dining area was great. Food was tasty. Good coffee.front desk staff also very friendly and helpful..

Good value for money, but hotel is getting a little tired in a few places and cleanliness could use a bit more work. Pool is super fun for kids. Breakfast was fantastic - wonderful to have hot, gluten free options.
