The friendliest greeting by reception desk staff on arrival I've ever had, at any hotel, motel, Inn, hostel or Bed and breakfast I've stayed at. A little hand written note of welcome was found in my room which was a beautiful touch. Room was clean, quiet, spacious. Simple breakfast each morning was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and it is to be recommended.

I stayed at the Dilworth 2 nights. It is older and dated, but so am I. Except for the stairs, it was just fine. The girl working the afternoon/evening shift, was so friendly, effecient and helpful. I neglected to get her name, but she ought to get a raise.

The staff is always great, rooms always clean, good location, price is reasonable. Have stayed there numerous times no problems anytime, will continue to stay there when we go to Kelowna

The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean, the hotel is close to stores and restaurants, and I think it was quiet (my hearing's not great though!). I have to stay in Kelowna overnight once or twice a year and I always stay here.
