    The staff at this place went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. When I booked a basic room for 6 days they thought I may need more than what I had planned, so they upgraded me. What a way to make a guest feel welcome and take care of. Very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room. Would highly recommend staying here. Great location, lots of shops and food around.

    We had a great 2-night stay at the Econo Lodge in Kelowna, and I could definitely see myself enjoying a longer stay there. The price was reasonable (nothing cheap in Kelowna in the Summer unless you want to use a Hostel) and it was in a good area, walking distance to downtown, grocery stores, a mall, and very public transit friendly. We arrived on the E-Bus and it was just a 15-20 minute walk from there, so that was very convenient. Everything in the room was great, the shower was pretty good, beds were very comfortable (there were a lot of different room options, we didn't opt for a Kitchenette room). The pool and hot tub were very nice. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, I just had toast, cereal and juice and grabbed an apple for later. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Overall a great stay! This was my first time ever staying overnight in Kelowna, had a great time!

    I don't know where to start. First of all they do not clean the rooms unless you request it. They used COVID as an excuse. I told them that COVID is done. The first night we stayed was ok until I saw the bottom of my buddies foot. It was black with dirt from the floor. Second of all the hot tub was out of order so we decided to have a swim in the pool. We couldn't do that as for the pool was freezing cold. They do not heat the pool. The continental breakfast was as lame as could be. I don't see that cereal , toast and muffins as a breakfast. Oh ya they have coffee, tea and juice. We stayed in this hotel a year before and the breakfast was a hot continental breakfast and was good. They certainly down sized it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. So tell your family and friends to find another hotel when they're in Kelowna.

    Weighing in on some pros and a couple of big cons

    Weighing in on the pros and cons here...Pros...-Nice check in gal-A half decent amount of tv channels-Room was ok and clean enough-Hot tub jets at least worked and a large pool area and cleanCons...-The running fan had a weird noise and it was hard to sleep to. Some light cling clanging noise. I had to turn everything off and just deal with no heat on in room and the loud traffic outside. I did not sleep well.-The breakfast was so weak! One muffin choice, NO bananas and one type of bread choice only. Just juice and coffee and cereal and toast! NO yogurts, no boiled eggs etc etc...management really cheaped out big time on this aspect.I cannot return unless the fans are much better noise wise and if they get with the program and cater a bit/a lot more to breakfast as the rate was still up there.

    David the manager is a great guy he managed to put me my brother and sister in a very nice comfortable suite with a upstairs room for my sister and downstairs for me and my brother dining area with cooking facilities. 3 comfortable double beds. I can only praise David the manager for being si kind to us especially through the dramatic forest fire on westbank causing evacuation problems for so many people. After numerous cancellations due to kelowna airport closure,David always there to continue his support Thank you David and all your staff for their continued good service especially with such a difficult moment.Kind regards from room 419 David Richard and Beverley Cannon
